Meet the team at WhyDiet – your resource for a healthy lifestyle

Have you ever thought about the typical eating habits of Americans? We tend to eat when we celebrate, grieve, socialize and even when we are alone. We nibble when we are watching TV and we snack when we are bored. Due to these patterns, weight gain and obesity have become a national health concern.

When WhyDiet was in its early stages, we intended the site to be a comprehensive tool for obese to severely obese individuals looking for help and answers about weight loss. As our research and site creation progressed, WhyDiet became more than its original objective. We are now an all-encompassing, informational center for people of all sizes and weights – from the severely obese down to those who are underweight. Combining the experience and research of our medical doctors, surgeons, psychologists, dieticians and fitness experts, has allowed us to put together what we believe will be the answers for anyone looking to live a long-lasting, healthy lifestyle. The important thing to note is that WhyDiet does not offer a diet plan, we promote overall health education and behavior changes that when achieved, can change bodies and even lives – permanently. Together we have created what we call The Why Diet Core Philosophy.
